The agent understands where the user is working and combines Dynamics data, such as opportunities and contacts, with Microsoft 365 data in one conversation. Admins can configure it to respect CRM customizations, terminology and business processes. The plan also states that all agents available in Microsoft 365 Copilot can be accessed inside Dynamics 365.
