StackAdapt promotes Pinar Ozyetis to CLO and Anna Grodecka-Grad to CCO

StackAdapt promoted its General Counsel to Chief Legal Officer and its SVP of Global Client Services to Chief Client Officer.

StackAdapt announced on October 6, 2026 two executive promotions. Pinar Ozyetis, previously General Counsel, becomes Chief Legal Officer, and Anna Grodecka-Grad, previously SVP of Global Client Services, becomes Chief Client Officer. Both remain on the company's executive leadership team. The announcement was distributed through Adweek Wire by the agency Purpose Worldwide, and Adweek states it does not review or edit that content.

The details

  • Ozyetis joined StackAdapt in 2022 as General Counsel and built the company's legal function.
  • The legal team now supports more than 1,800 employees globally, according to the release.
  • Grodecka-Grad joined in 2024 and leads an organization of about 400 employees across 74 roles.
  • CEO and co-founder Vitaly Pecherskiy is quoted on both appointments.

Context

StackAdapt describes itself as an AI advertising and orchestration platform. In our coverage, StackAdapt and Ledger Bennett published a survey in June 2026 finding that 77% of B2B marketers see weak AI vetting. G2's September 2026 announcement of G2 Audiences, also covered here, lists StackAdapt among the DSPs that can receive G2 Buyer Intent audiences through Bombora. The release states employee and team counts but does not describe changes in reporting lines. Pecherskiy said "Pinar built our Legal function from the ground up."
