StackAdapt announced a set of product capabilities on May 12, 2026 at its Conversion 2026 summit in Austin, Texas. Command Center and Ivy Studio entered early preview, AI Video Builder launched in beta, and cross-channel attribution and programmatic direct mail became generally available. Command Center surfaces real-time insights on pacing, creative performance and audience engagement, each paired with a recommended action. Ivy Studio is a full-screen workspace built on the Ivy AI assistant where marketers plan, execute and analyze campaigns through a conversational interface. StackAdapt also referenced OpenAI naming it a technology partner in the ChatGPT ads ecosystem.
The details
- Ivy Studio Skills let users train the assistant on their workflows, terminology and priorities.
- AI Video Builder generates standard and dynamic video and CTV ads from brand assets, with Product Spotlight and Narrative ad templates.
- Cross-channel attribution combines ad exposure, engagement signals from external platforms and conversions from the StackAdapt universal pixel.
- StackAdapt says click-based models cover about 7% of its interactions and 41% of conversions happen without a paid click.
- Programmatic direct mail, for US marketers, triggers postcards and letters after high-intent actions such as website visits or ad engagement.
