LinkedIn CTV Ads become available to buy through Google Display & Video 360

LinkedIn CTV Ads can now be bought programmatically through Google's DV360 with LinkedIn professional targeting, for US targeting only.

LinkedIn said on October 22, 2026 that its Connected TV ads can now be bought programmatically through Google's Display & Video 360. Advertisers can apply LinkedIn's professional targeting, including job title, industry and seniority, to streaming TV inventory bought in DV360. The ads can already be bought through LinkedIn Campaign Manager and select other demand-side platforms. Availability is limited to US targeting, and interested advertisers are directed to their LinkedIn or Google account representatives.

The details

  • Targeting uses LinkedIn's first-party professional data and is delivered through Microsoft Monetize.
  • LinkedIn cites Kantar research finding its CTV ads 2.6 times more effective at driving B2B awareness than other CTV offerings.
  • The same research is cited as finding the ads twice as effective when paired with other LinkedIn ad formats.
  • Advertisers buying through DV360 can use Gemini-powered tools for planning, optimization, reporting and measurement.
  • The announcement includes comments from LinkedIn's Dave Roter, Google Marketing Platform's Marta Martinez and Erica Haydock of VistaPrint.

Context

LinkedIn describes the DV360 option as an extension of its ongoing work to expand programmatic CTV buying for B2B marketers, and the post links to an earlier announcement on that topic without restating its details. The new route adds a Google buying platform to a product that runs on Microsoft Monetize inventory, so the buying, targeting and delivery steps involve three companies. A LinkedIn Help Center article on demand-side platforms is linked for advertisers seeking setup information. Dave Roter of LinkedIn says the option "gives marketers more flexibility in how they buy and manage campaigns."
