LinkedIn launches Collaborative Posts for members and Company Pages

LinkedIn introduced Collaborative Posts globally, letting members and Company Pages publish jointly with up to five collaborators.

On July 23, 2026, LinkedIn announced Collaborative Posts globally, a post format that lets members and Company Pages publish jointly with up to five collaborators. Users add collaborators from the share box by selecting "add collaborators" and then publish as usual. Anyone invited receives a notification to review and accept before being listed as a collaborator on the post. LinkedIn says the format works with almost any post type, including standard text, image, video and third-party link posts, as well as documents, polls, events and celebration posts. The announcement pointed to a collaborative post from Editor-in-Chief Dan Roth and Director of Product Sam Corrao Clanon.

The details

  • Collaborative Posts are available globally to members and Company Pages.
  • Each post can include up to five collaborators.
  • Collaborators are added through the "add collaborators" option in the share box.
  • Invitees must accept before they are listed on the post.
  • Supported formats include text, image, video, link, document, poll, event and celebration posts.

Our other LinkedIn Marketing Solutions items cover measurement and advertising: Measurement Insights and CRM-based revenue measurement in December 2025, and LinkedIn CTV Ads becoming available to buy through Google Display and Video 360 in October 2026. The announcement itself does not address paid promotion of Collaborative Posts.
