Zoom announced on September 15, 2026 its plan for an AI revenue operating system linking buyer intelligence, customer conversations and revenue execution. Zoom Revenue Accelerator gained two capabilities, Engage for multichannel sequences and Forecast for live forecasting with CRM write-back. A new ZRA Elite tier bundles ZRA Premium with Engage and Forecast. Zoom also said Common Room by Zoom, the buyer intelligence platform it agreed to acquire in July, is now available for purchase through Zoom.
The details
- Engage builds sequences across email, phone and other tasks, with Zoom Auto Dialer sold separately for calling.
- Forecast lets revenue operations teams configure views, metrics and calculations without engineering support and writes commitments back to the CRM.
- ZRA is offered in Essentials, Premium and Elite tiers, and ZRA and Common Room are also sold as standalone products.
- Common Room combines identity, activity and signals from product usage, digital activity and online communities.
- Zoom says Barracuda Networks saw a 15% increase in deals closed and 5% faster deal velocity using ZRA.
Context
Our coverage records Zoom's July 2 agreement to acquire Common Room. The day after this announcement, Common Room CEO Linda Lian published a post detailing products under Zoom ownership, including Buying Committee, AI Scoring, Dial and Coach. Lian now serves as GM of both Common Room and Zoom Revenue Accelerator and said, "Revenue isn't built in a single sales call." The release does not give acquisition terms.
