Common Room CEO and co-founder Linda Lian published a post on September 16, 2026 describing the next set of products in Common Room's revenue OS following its acquisition by Zoom. The post groups the products into three stages: knowing the buyer, engaging the buyer and winning the deal. It lists Buying Committee, AI Scoring, Dial, Engage, Ads, Coach and Forecast. The company describes the effort as early and gives no release dates or pricing.
The details
- Buying Committee maps committee members at the person level and shows coverage gaps, missing or at-risk contacts and which contact to engage first.
- AI Scoring lets teams configure and explain lead scores, including why a score rose or fell.
- Dial works several calls at once, drops voicemails, logs outcomes to the CRM and offers live transcription.
- Engage is a sequencer that prioritizes in-market buyers, and Ads pushes live matched audiences to LinkedIn Ads without CSV exports.
- Coach provides in-call guidance and automatic scorecards, and Forecast applies deal and conversation intelligence to pipeline.
- The post says the intelligence will reach Zoom Revenue Accelerator, Slack and the CRM.
Context
Our coverage records Zoom's July 2 agreement to acquire Common Room and, one day before this post, Zoom's announcement of an AI revenue OS that added Engage and Forecast to Zoom Revenue Accelerator and made Common Room by Zoom available for purchase. Lian's post lists other consolidation in the category: HubSpot acquiring Warmly, Apollo acquiring Pocus, Salesloft acquiring Clari and Gong acquiring RightBound. Lian wrote that "AI-native GTM requires shared context."
