Common Room connects buyer signals to the Nooks dialer

Common Room and Nooks launched an integration that sends Common Room signals into Nooks so reps can prioritize calls by buyer activity.

Common Room announced an integration with Nooks, an outbound platform and AI dialer, in a blog post on June 30, 2026. The integration passes Common Room's buyer signals, such as pricing page visits, job changes at target accounts and product usage spikes, into Nooks so reps start sessions with prioritized lists. From a contact profile in Common Room, users can click "Add to Nooks," select a sequence and confirm the mailbox, and the contact lands in the Nooks queue with context populated. RevOps teams can map Common Room segments to Nooks sequences so contacts entering a high-intent segment are pushed automatically on a configured sync cadence.

The details

  • Common Room says a rep can go from signal to sequence in under 60 seconds.
  • Segment-to-sequence mapping pushes contacts into Nooks automatically, and Nooks generates call tasks and prioritizes the queue.
  • The integration was live at announcement.
  • ServiceTitan, which replaced Outreach with Nooks as its sequencer and dialer, is quoted through Christina Smears, SVP Global Sales Development and Enablement.
  • Airbyte Sales Development Manager Justin Bangay is quoted as a user.
  • Common Room CMO Tasha Reasor is quoted in the post.

Context

Two days later, on July 2, 2026, Zoom agreed to acquire Common Room. Earlier in 2026 Common Room launched an enterprise MCP connector for Claude in February and released a CLI and write actions for its MCP server in May. In September our coverage reported changes to Common Room under Zoom ownership, including Engage and Forecast additions to Zoom Revenue Accelerator.
