Warmly ships two-way Marketo integration for paying customers
Warmly writes identified visitors to Marketo as leads with chat, session and intent context, syncs over 300 signals as custom fields, and reads lead changes back.
Warmly released a native two-way integration with Marketo on May 12, 2026. Warmly writes identified website visitors into Marketo as leads, with chat transcripts, session pages, intent signals and buying committee data attached as custom fields, and reads lead changes back from Marketo. The company says the integration is live in every paying Warmly account and does not require an Enterprise plan.
The details
- Warmly says more than 300 signals can feed Marketo smart campaigns, including website visits, form abandonment, chat engagement, LinkedIn engagement, third-party intent, hiring, funding, job changes and technographics.
- Third-party intent examples named on the page are Bombora surges and G2 comparison views.
- Setup uses OAuth2 through a wizard that validates each step, and Warmly creates its warmly_ custom fields automatically on first connection.
- Marketo admins create an API role with four access permissions, an API-only user and a LaunchPoint custom service before connecting.
- Trial and free-plan users must upgrade before the integration appears in settings, and non-customers can get it through Warmly's Autopilot orchestration package.
- Conversion figures on the page are Warmly's own claims and are not independently verified.
Context
The Marketo release came during a run of Warmly launches in May 2026. Five days earlier, on May 7, Warmly released a LinkedIn and Meta ads audience integration. On May 19 it launched an MCP server and REST API with three read-only tools, and on May 29 it added a third-party signals tool to that MCP server and API. On June 30, Warmly agreed to be acquired by HubSpot. The launch page states that Warmly identifies visitors at the person level and compares this with account-level identification from other vendors.
