Warmly adds AI email generation step to its orchestration builder

Warmly released an AI Email Generation step that writes follow-up emails from chat transcripts, page visits, enrichment, CRM stage and intent signals. It is live on paid plans inside Autopilot.

Warmly launched AI Email Generation on May 12, 2026 as a step that can be added to any orchestration in its builder. The company says the step writes a personalized follow-up email using the full signal chain: the chat log, every page the person visited, enrichment, CRM stage and second or third party intent on the account. Warmly describes it as built for warm follow-up at the end of a signal chain rather than cold outreach. Users set a goal in plain English, then use a test and refine mode that runs the step against example scenarios before going live. The feature is live on every Warmly paid plan.

The details

  • The post, by co-founder Alan Zhao, says Warmly's own follow-up sequence for chat engagers who did not book had a 2% reply rate.
  • Users can set a baseline goal and additional goals per orchestration.
  • Test and refine loads three example scenarios with fake contacts that roughly match the audience.
  • Warmly says testing against actual visitors instead of example scenarios is coming in a few weeks.
  • For new customers, the step ships inside Autopilot, Warmly's inbound agent package.

Context

This was one of three Warmly releases on May 12, 2026 in our coverage, alongside a native HeyReach integration and a two-way Marketo integration, and it followed a LinkedIn and Meta ads audience integration on May 7. Later that month Warmly launched an MCP server and REST API and added a third-party signals tool. On June 30, 2026, Warmly agreed to be acquired by HubSpot.
