Warmly adds third-party signals tool to its MCP server and API
A new list_third_party_signals tool exposes hiring, financial events, leadership changes, news, G2 reviews, SEC filings and LinkedIn engagement, billed per row with monthly dedupe.
Warmly added third-party intent signals to its MCP server and REST API on May 29, 2026, ten days after launching both. A new tool, list_third_party_signals, runs in a by_signal mode that finds companies that fired a signal in a time window and a by_company mode that returns recent signals for one domain. The tool uses the same credit pool as the rest of Warmly's API across its plans.
The details
- Signals are filtered at three levels: 31 categories, about 25 types and roughly 395 subtypes in production.
- Listed sources include news, LinkedIn posts and comments, hiring trends, work milestones, G2 reviews, Glassdoor reviews and SEC filings such as 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q.
- Each new company or contact costs one credit per calendar month, deduplicated by domain or email, while preview calls and repeat pulls in the same month are free.
- Plans range from 250 free credits a month to Starter at $99, Growth at $199 and Pro at $499 a month, with custom Enterprise pricing.
- Country and employee-size filters are listed for the next release, with a write MCP, webhooks for signal alerts and technographic data planned later.
Context
Warmly launched its MCP server and REST API on May 19, 2026 with three read-only tools for website visitor and account data, and that post listed third-party intent lookups as a planned addition. The signals tool followed earlier May releases, a LinkedIn and Meta ads audience integration on May 7 and a two-way Marketo integration on May 12. The launch post lists several sources not yet exposed in the MCP, including Bombora intent topics, technographics and phone numbers. On June 30, 2026, about a month after this release, Warmly agreed to be acquired by HubSpot.
