Warmly releases native HeyReach integration for LinkedIn outreach

Warmly added a HeyReach step to its orchestrations that pushes contacts into HeyReach LinkedIn campaigns when a Warmly signal fires. A separate HeyReach license is required.

Warmly released a native HeyReach integration on May 12, 2026. Users add a HeyReach step to a Warmly orchestration, choose a HeyReach campaign and a sender or a round-robin pool of senders, and contacts are pushed into the campaign when a Warmly signal fires, without CSV exports or manual lead adds. Warmly handles the trigger and pushes the contact, while HeyReach runs the LinkedIn connection request, follow-up message, sender rotation and rate-limit-aware dispatch. Warmly pairs it with its AI Email Generation step, released the same week, so both channels fire on the same buying committee. The integration is live in every paid workspace.

The details

  • HeyReach senders are LinkedIn accounts, not Warmly users, and can be pooled to rotate across rate limits.
  • The integration ships inside Autopilot, and the HeyReach license is bring-your-own.
  • From two weeks on its own funnel, Warmly reports buying committee coverage per account rising from 1.2 to 3.4 contacts.
  • Warmly reports 38% to 42% connection acceptance and 14% to 18% reply rates on accepted-connection follow-ups in that test.
  • AI message generation for LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups is on Warmly's roadmap.

Context

This was released alongside AI Email Generation and a two-way Marketo integration on May 12, 2026, five days after Warmly's LinkedIn and Meta ads audience integration. Later in May, Warmly launched an MCP server and REST API with read-only tools and added a third-party signals tool. HubSpot agreed to acquire Warmly on June 30, 2026.
