Warmly launches MCP server and REST API with three read-only tools

Warmly released an MCP server and REST API exposing warm visitors, warm accounts and credit balance, with 250 free credits a month and paid tiers from $99 a month.

Warmly made its MCP server and REST API live on May 19, 2026. The MCP server uses OAuth sign-in and works with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Zed and other MCP clients, while the REST API uses per-organization keys issued from the Warmly admin interface. Both expose three read-only tools that return identified website visitors, the companies they belong to, page visits and whether they already exist in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.

The details

  • The three tools are list_warm_visitors, list_warm_accounts and get_credits_remaining, and all are free to call.
  • Credits are charged at one per identified company and one per identified contact, capped at two per unique visitor per month.
  • Plans are Free (250 credits a month), Starter ($99, 500 credits), Growth ($199, 1,000), Pro ($499, 2,500) and custom Enterprise.
  • Rate limits are 60 requests per minute on the free tier and 120 on paid tiers.
  • Planned additions include phone number reveals, third-party intent signal lookups, write tools for CRMs and sequences, and webhooks.

Context

The launch followed two Warmly integration releases earlier in May 2026: a LinkedIn and Meta ads audience integration on May 7 and a two-way Marketo integration on May 12. Ten days after the MCP and API launch, on May 29, Warmly added a third-party signals tool, which delivered one of the planned additions listed in this post. On June 30, 2026 Warmly agreed to be acquired by HubSpot. The launch post was written by co-founder Alan Zhao, who says about half of identified visitors are already known to the customer's team in its CRM.
