Warmly announced on June 30, 2026 that it has agreed to be acquired by HubSpot. The post, by co-founder and CEO Max Greenwald, does not disclose the price, other deal terms or expected closing timing, and does not say whether the deal has closed. Warmly says existing contracts, pricing, account teams, product experience and integrations remain unchanged and that its agents continue to run as before. Over time it plans to connect its context and agent capabilities across HubSpot's platform.
The details
- Warmly was founded six years ago by Max Greenwald, Carina Boo and a third co-founder named Alan.
- Its first product was person-level website intent, which the company says identifies more than half of visitors who never fill out a form.
- It later launched Inbound Agent for on-site engagement and TAM Agent for off-site outbound and orchestration.
- HubSpot GM and VP of Product Angela DeFranco is quoted welcoming the team.
Context
In the six weeks before the announcement, Warmly shipped several integration releases: a LinkedIn and Meta ads audience integration and a two-way Marketo integration in early May, an MCP server and REST API with three read-only tools on May 19, and a third-party data tool for that server on May 29. On the same day as the Warmly news, Seamless announced that its contact data powers HubSpot's Prospecting Agent.
