Warmly releases LinkedIn and Meta ads audience integration

Warmly can push signal-based, ICP and buying committee audiences into LinkedIn and Meta ads, with attribution to meetings and deals, on every paid plan.

Warmly announced a LinkedIn and Meta ads integration on May 7, 2026. Users connect their ad accounts and push audiences from a single builder that reads CRM data live, without CSV exports. The company describes three uses: signal-triggered retargeting, initiative-led bulk pushes and continuous ideal customer profile coverage. The integration is live on every paid plan, and existing customers do not need to upgrade.

The details

  • A Buying Committee Agent finds personas at target companies with no existing contacts and validates emails, LinkedIn profiles and titles.
  • A universal exclusion list removes customers, open opportunities, competitors, partners, employees and out-of-profile contacts and updates as CRM stages change.
  • Attribution ties ad clicks to later visits, meetings, opportunities and closed-won deals.
  • LinkedIn requires at least 300 people before an audience activates, while Meta has no minimum.
  • Warmly says audiences draw on a database of more than 220 million verified contacts.
  • Pipeline, meeting and cost figures in the post are Warmly's own internal results, reported by co-founder Alan Zhao.

Context

This was the first of several Warmly launches in May 2026. The company shipped a two-way Marketo integration on May 12, launched an MCP server and REST API with three read-only tools on May 19, and added a third-party signals tool to that server on May 29. On June 30, Warmly agreed to be acquired by HubSpot. The launch post compares the product with Clay's ads offering, a comparison the author makes on Warmly's behalf. Warmly said playbooks for each of the three motions would follow in the days after the launch.
