Pipedrive moves deprecated API v1 endpoints out of support from August 1, 2026

Pipedrive's developer changelog says deprecated API v1 endpoints for activities, deals, persons, organizations, products, pipelines, stages and search are out of support from August 1, 2026, with fixes going only to API v2.

Pipedrive published a reminder on July 29, 2026 that API v1 endpoints named in an earlier deprecation announcement are out of support from August 1, 2026. The company says integrations using them may still operate, but availability, reliability, performance and response behavior are not guaranteed, issues may not be investigated, and fixes will be delivered only for the API v2 equivalents. Pipedrive says it does not guarantee an additional migration period before the endpoints are changed, restricted or removed.

The details

  • Effective date: August 1, 2026.
  • Affected areas: activities, deals, persons, organizations, products, pipelines, stages and search.
  • Each deprecated v1 endpoint is mapped to an API v2 replacement in the entry.
  • Out-of-support endpoints are excluded from Pipedrive's standard service-level commitments.
  • The entry links to an API v2 migration guide and token-based rate limiting documentation.

Context

Pipedrive has been expanding API v2 through the period, adding a Fields API v2 in December 2025 and Projects API v2 in May 2026. On the product side, it launched a native MCP server on June 30, 2026, an MCP connector in Claude's marketplace on August 18, 2026 and Nova meeting intelligence on September 16, 2026.

Not disclosed

  • A removal date for the v1 endpoints
  • How many integrations or Marketplace apps still use the affected endpoints
