Pipedrive MCP Connector arrives in Claude's connector marketplace
Pipedrive's MCP connector is now listed in Claude's official marketplace, and the company says more than 6% of paying customers connected in the first month.

On August 18, 2026, Pipedrive announced that its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Connector is listed in Claude's official connector marketplace. Users can now find Pipedrive inside Claude and connect their account without manually configuring an MCP server URL, and existing manual connections were migrated automatically to the marketplace connector. The company says more than 6% of its paying customers connected to MCP within the first month of general availability. The connector lets Claude retrieve and act on supported Pipedrive data subject to user permissions, and Pipedrive added support for retrieving, creating and updating Leads with this release.

- Pipedrive reports that about 65% of MCP interactions read CRM data and 35% write or update it.
- More than 93% of Pipedrive MCP usage takes place on Anthropic surfaces, including Claude.ai and Claude Code, according to the company.
- The most frequent actions are retrieving activities and deals, updating contacts and adding notes.
- New Lead support covers retrieving existing leads, creating new leads and updating existing leads.
- Existing connections were migrated automatically; users on a manual connection can switch by disconnecting and reconnecting through Claude's marketplace.

Context
This follows Pipedrive's launch of a native MCP server on June 30, 2026, which the company says reached general availability about a month before this listing. It is the second MCP item for Pipedrive in our coverage, after the company also joined the launch of OpenAI's Codex sales plugin on June 4.
