Pipedrive made Nova, an AI meeting intelligence tool built into its CRM, generally available on September 16, 2026. Nova prepares salespeople before calls, records and transcribes meetings, and drafts CRM updates afterward, which reps review and approve before they are applied. Pipedrive says Nova runs inside its own infrastructure, requires no separate AI tool, is available globally and is included in all Pipedrive plans at no additional cost.
The details
- Pre-call briefs pull context from logged deal history, emails and past conversations.
- Meetings are captured through a desktop app or a visible notetaker in Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- After a meeting Nova produces a transcript, summary and next steps, and suggests updates to deal stage, value and expected close date.
- Admins get user-access controls, and consent and notification settings for participants are configurable.
- Australian property technology company Snug piloted Nova and says it saves its six-person sales team 30 minutes to one hour per meeting.
Context
Nova follows two earlier Pipedrive moves in our coverage: its June inclusion in the launch of OpenAI's Codex sales plugin and its August acquisition of Outfunnel, its top-rated marketplace app. Pipedrive cites its own 2026 CRM Trends Report, in which 42% of 1,000 surveyed sales and marketing professionals said they spend at least 40% of their workday on tasks that do not directly generate revenue. The company says it serves more than 105,000 companies in over 180 countries.
