Pipedrive announced on August 5, 2026 that it is acquiring Outfunnel, the highest-rated app on the Pipedrive Marketplace. Outfunnel syncs customer data in real time between CRMs such as Pipedrive, HubSpot and Copper and marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo, and more than 500 businesses use it. Pipedrive plans to rebuild Outfunnel's core features natively over the coming months, and Outfunnel will keep running during a transition period. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The details
- Outfunnel's four team members become full-time Pipedrive employees.
- Co-founder Andrus Purde, who led marketing at Pipedrive in its early years, rejoins as a consultant.
- Outfunnel was founded in Estonia in 2018 and raised a $2.4 million pre-seed round led by SquareOne VC and byFounders.
- Pipedrive co-founders Timo Rein and Ragnar Sass were among Outfunnel's angel investors, and Purde's brother Urmas is a Pipedrive co-founder.
- Pipedrive says it is used by more than 105,000 companies in 180+ countries, and Vista Equity Partners is its majority shareholder.
Context
The deal brings an existing marketplace integration inside Pipedrive's own product. CEO Paulo Cunha said in the release that a CRM without marketing connections is "only solving half the problem." Earlier in 2026, Pipedrive joined the launch of OpenAI's Codex sales plugin in June, and in September, after the acquisition, it launched Nova meeting intelligence across all plans. The release does not say whether Outfunnel's connections to non-Pipedrive CRMs will continue after the transition.
