Demandbase named launch data partner for Salesforce's Hunter outbound agent
Demandbase engagement, person, account, buying group and intent data is available inside Salesforce's Hunter agent, which is in pilot with general availability planned later in 2026.
Demandbase announced on October 15, 2026, during Dreamforce, that it is a launch partner for Hunter, Salesforce's AI outbound sales agent. Salesforce customers can access Demandbase engagement, person and account data, including buying group and intent data, inside the Salesforce workflow. The release says no additional contract is required for the data used within Salesforce. Hunter is in pilot, with general availability planned later in 2026, and Demandbase is also a featured MCP partner on AgentExchange.
The details

- Contact details, contact quality indicators and buying group identification are included.
- Natural-language queries run through Agentforce and the Demandbase MCP server.
- Customers who want the full Demandbase platform can move to it through what the company calls a streamlined handover.
- The release quotes Christopher Amabile of Demandbase and Rohan Punamia of Salesforce.
Context
Demandbase is one of several data providers named for Hunter in our coverage, alongside ZoomInfo on the same day and Apollo in September. In April 2026 Demandbase debuted Demandbase AI with MCP data delivery, and in September it launched Mojo, an agent for planning and running B2B campaigns, and added Gong, Outreach and Sendoso MCP links and HubSpot app cards. Salesforce's Dreamforce roundup lists Hunter for general availability in November. The release describes the integration as reducing the need to switch between Salesforce and Demandbase.
