Common Room introduced DataAgent in a blog post dated January 27, 2026 in our coverage. The company describes it as an always-on AI offering for RevOps teams that continuously surfaces duplicate and out-of-date records in the CRM. Common Room says DataAgent is powered by Person360, its identity and contact resolution technology, which runs in the background and incorporates every data sync, enrichment source and record update. The post frames CRM hygiene as an ongoing task that grows more costly as AI depends on CRM data for prioritization, research and personalization. DataAgent is available for Salesforce environments in limited beta, and customers are directed to their account or success manager to deploy it.

The details

  • DataAgent surfaces duplicate and out-of-date CRM records on a continuous basis.
  • It is powered by Common Room's Person360 identity and contact resolution technology.
  • Availability: limited beta for Salesforce environments.
  • Deployment is arranged through a customer's account or success manager.
  • Jerry O'Shea of GTM Engineering at Matillion is quoted as a customer.
