Attio published a changelog entry on February 19, 2026 announcing a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for its CRM. According to the entry, the server lets users search, query and act on their Attio data from any MCP client. Attio says customers can use it with coding agents and automation tools, and that other products can use it to integrate with Attio. The entry is tagged as both a feature and an enhancement and points readers to Attio's developer documentation and Help Center for setup details. The changelog item itself is brief and does not describe individual tools, authentication steps or usage limits.

The details

  • The server works with any client that supports the Model Context Protocol, according to Attio.
  • Supported actions named in the entry are searching, querying and acting on Attio data.
  • Attio lists coding agents, automation tools and product integrations as intended uses.
  • Setup and reference material are published in Attio's developer docs and Help Center.

Context

This is the fifth Attio item in our coverage since November 2025, following the Developer Platform with its App SDK, the App Store, Ask Attio on February 4 and the permissions upgrade one day earlier on February 18. Later coverage includes the upgraded web research agent in March and the rebuild of Workflows around AI agents in June, which used MCP-based blocks according to the existing write-up.

Not disclosed

  • Which Attio plans include MCP access
  • Rate limits or usage caps for MCP calls
  • The specific tools or operations the server exposes
  • Any customer examples
