ZoomInfo announced on August 24, 2026 that it updated ZoomInfo MCP on Salesforce's AgentExchange marketplace. According to the release, the relisted integration connects GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's headless GTM context layer, to Slackbot, Slack's built-in AI assistant, and is available to any customer whose Slack plan includes Slack AI. A user can ask Slackbot a question, such as who the sales leaders at a company are, and the Account Research and Contact Research tools in ZoomInfo MCP return an answer from ZoomInfo's data and, where connected, the organization's CRM and email history. ZoomInfo says access control, permissioning and audit logging carry over from existing settings.
The details
- Availability: any customer whose Slack plan includes Slack AI.
- Built-in tools: Account Research and Contact Research.
- ZoomInfo cites more than 100 million company profiles and 500 million professional contacts.
- Access control, permissioning and audit logging follow existing ZoomInfo and Slack permissions.
- Salesforce says AgentExchange lists nearly 14,000 apps, agents, tools, integrations and experts.
Context
This followed ZoomInfo's GTM MCP connector for Microsoft Copilot Studio on August 11, 2026 and its Q2 results on August 5.
