ZoomInfo named flagship data partner for Salesforce's Hunter outbound agent
ZoomInfo data ships with Hunter, Salesforce's outbound agent for Sales Cloud, delivered through GTM.AI with no separate contract according to Salesforce.
ZoomInfo confirmed on October 15, 2026 that it is a flagship data partner for Hunter, Salesforce's outbound sales agent for Sales Cloud. Hunter combines a seller's CRM context with ZoomInfo company and contact data, intent data and news to prioritize accounts, find prospects not yet in the CRM and draft outreach for review. ZoomInfo data reaches Hunter through GTM.AI, its API and MCP layer. The release says Hunter is expected to be generally available later in 2026.
The details
- ZoomInfo says its GTM Context Graph covers more than 100 million companies and 500 million contacts.
- Hunter learns a team's sales approach from calls, emails and notes, and asks reps to approve decisions that require judgment.
- Salesforce customers can access ZoomInfo data in Hunter without a separate login.
- GTM.AI also powers the Salesforce Prospecting Agent and integrations with Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio, HubSpot Breeze and Gong.
- Organizations can see the actions the agent took, the data it used and who approved each action.
Context
The Hunter partnership follows several ZoomInfo moves in our coverage. ZoomInfo cut about 600 roles in May 2026, made its GTM.AI API and MCP layer generally available in June, published a Claude connector built on it, and reported Q2 revenue of $310.4M with a $650.5M goodwill impairment in August. On October 1 it acquired DoubleO.ai and launched Agent Teams. Demandbase announced a Hunter launch partnership the same day. Rohan Punamia of Salesforce said "ZoomInfo ships with Hunter out-of-the-box," adding that no separate contracts are needed.
