ZoomInfo launches Agent Teams in GTM Studio after acquiring DoubleO.ai
ZoomInfo launched Agent Teams, built on the orchestration architecture of DoubleO.ai, which it acquired on September 30, 2026; it is available in GTM Studio with no new SKU or contract.
ZoomInfo announced Agent Teams on October 1, 2026, one day after acquiring DoubleO.ai. Agent Teams coordinates specialized AI agents, each with its own role, instructions and tools, that share context to run go-to-market plays across a company's systems and ZoomInfo data. It is built on DoubleO.ai's orchestration architecture. ZoomInfo says Agent Teams is available now in GTM Studio, with no new SKU or contract required.
The details
- Example plays include tracking champions in real time and finding lookalikes of closed-won opportunities.
- In a closed-won example, Agent Teams reviews the sales cycle, drafts a case study, identifies 10 competitors of the new customer and sends tailored outreach.
- A website-visit trigger can resume a paused play, such as when a champion visits a pricing page.
- ZoomInfo cites SOC 2 controls and ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certification for the systems Agent Teams runs on.
- The release quotes CEO Henry Schuck, CPO Dominik Facher and Caroline Burnett of Silverfort.
Context
ZoomInfo made its GTM.AI API and MCP layer generally available in June 2026 and published a Claude connector built on it, according to our coverage. Earlier, in May, it cut about 600 roles, and in August it reported Q2 revenue of $310.4M and a $650.5M goodwill impairment. On October 15 it was named a flagship data partner for Salesforce's Hunter agent. DoubleO.ai was founded by Derek Osgood and Karthik Suresh. Schuck said "Agent Teams works from what's actually true about an account right now."
