ZoomInfo announced a native integration with Exa, a search API for AI agents, on October 23, 2026. According to the press release, mutual customers can bring ZoomInfo GTM Intelligence into Exa through Exa Connect, a feature that lets agents reach outside data sources through a single Exa request. With the ZoomInfo connector, customers can add company and contact data for prospecting, enrichment and account research to agent workflows they already run in Exa. The company says developers can also build apps that pull the same data through the GTM.AI API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. GTM.AI is described as ZoomInfo's headless layer connected to its GTM Context Graph.

The details

  • Exa Connect lets agents query outside data sources, including ZoomInfo company and contact data, in a single Exa request.
  • Developers can access ZoomInfo GTM Intelligence through the GTM.AI API and MCP server.
  • ZoomInfo says its GTM Context Graph covers 100 million companies, 500 million contacts and billions of signals.
  • The release lists governance controls applied across GTM.AI surfaces: access control, permissioning, data lineage and audit logging.
  • The connector is available to mutual customers of ZoomInfo and Exa, and Exa Connect access for ZoomInfo is arranged through Exa.

Context

This is the sixth ZoomInfo story in our coverage since August 2026 that involves GTM.AI, MCP or partner connections, following the Microsoft Copilot Studio connector (August 11), the Salesforce AgentExchange listing update (August 24) and the Workbounce acquisition (October 14). It also follows ZoomInfo's selection as a data partner for Salesforce's Hunter agent on October 15. ZoomInfo's newsroom lists earlier GTM.AI integrations with n8n and ClickUp.

Not disclosed

  • Pricing for the connector or for Exa Connect access
  • Whether usage draws on existing ZoomInfo credits or plan entitlements
  • Named customers using the integration
