ZoomInfo brings internal GTM knowledge into GTM.AI through Workbounce
ZoomInfo extended its GTM.AI layer to unstructured internal data such as call transcripts, emails, decks and Slack threads, using technology from Workbounce, which it acquired in 2024.

ZoomInfo announced on October 14, 2026 that GTM.AI, its headless layer for agents, now extends to a company's internal go-to-market knowledge through Workbounce, a knowledge platform for unstructured GTM data that ZoomInfo acquired in 2024. According to the release, call transcripts, emails, decks, product documents, account notes, Slack threads, Google Drive folders and Notion pages can be brought into the same GTM Context Graph as ZoomInfo's company, contact and buying signal data. ZoomInfo says Workbounce helps ingest, search and reason over that proprietary knowledge, and every input can carry lineage, confidence and entitlement controls.

Context
This is one of several GTM.AI announcements from ZoomInfo in our coverage since August 2026, including the Microsoft Copilot Studio MCP connector (August 11) and the Exa integration (October 23).
