ZoomInfo reported second-quarter 2026 results on August 5, 2026. GAAP revenue was $310.4M, up 1.2% from a year earlier. The company recorded a $650.5M goodwill impairment, which produced a GAAP operating loss of $622.0M. Adjusted operating income was $110.0M, a 35% margin. Net revenue retention was 89%. ZoomInfo raised its full-year revenue guidance to $1.207B to $1.217B, from $1.185B to $1.205B.

Context

The quarter followed a May 2026 restructuring in which ZoomInfo cut about 600 roles and closed its Israel site, and the June general availability of its GTM.AI API and MCP layer, followed by a Claude connector built on that layer. After the quarter, in October, ZoomInfo acquired agent orchestration startup DoubleO.ai, launched Agent Teams in GTM Studio and was named flagship data partner for Salesforce's Hunter outbound agent. The company's CEO described the shift as becoming a "foundational GTM infrastructure platform."
