ZoomInfo releases GTM MCP connector for Microsoft Copilot Studio

ZoomInfo's GTM MCP connector is available in Microsoft Copilot Studio, bringing its contact, company and intent data to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Dynamics 365 experiences.

On August 11, 2026, ZoomInfo announced that its GTM MCP connector is available for Microsoft Copilot Studio. The company says mutual customers with the required ZoomInfo account, Microsoft licenses, administrator approval and a configured agent can use ZoomInfo contacts, company data and intent signals to ground sales experiences built with Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365. The release names Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365, Excel and Word as surfaces. The connector runs through GTM.AI, which ZoomInfo describes as its headless GTM context layer, exposing its data graph and orchestration through API and Model Context Protocol.

The details

  • In Dynamics 365, the connector enriches contact and account records with contacts, firmographics, technographics, funding history and intent signals.
  • In Excel, users describe a target audience in plain text and receive names, titles, direct dials and business emails in a table.
  • In Word, Copilot can assemble account plans and research documents from ZoomInfo data.
  • Administrators control whether the connector is enabled, which agents and users can access it and which ZoomInfo tools are exposed.
  • Workflows that write to CRM or trigger other business actions require explicit configuration and a review or confirmation step.
  • ZoomInfo cites customer-reported 54% productivity gains and 11.5 hours saved per week on research and outreach preparation.

Context

The release lists the Copilot connection alongside existing GTM.AI connections to Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Gong, LeanData and customer-built agents on Claude and ChatGPT. It came six days after ZoomInfo reported second-quarter revenue of $310.4 million and a $650.5 million goodwill impairment. Later in 2026 the company updated its MCP listing on Salesforce AgentExchange for Slackbot and added native integrations with Workbounce and Exa through GTM.AI.
