ZoomInfo publishes Claude connector built on its GTM.AI layer
ZoomInfo customers can connect their entitlements to Claude and Claude Code and receive company, contact, target-account and buying-signal data in responses.
ZoomInfo published a native connector in the Claude connector directory, destinationCRM reported on June 8, 2026. ZoomInfo customers connect their existing entitlements and receive verified company, contact and buying-signal data in Claude responses, including firmographics and technographics. The connector also works in Claude Code. It runs on GTM.AI, which the company describes as a headless GTM context layer exposing its data and agent orchestration through API and the Model Context Protocol.
The details
- Data comes from ZoomInfo's GTM Context Graph, which the company says holds records on more than 100 million companies and 500 million contacts plus billions of buying signals.
- Data types are firmographics, technographics, contact records and buying signals.
- Access control, permissioning, data lineage, AI policy and audit logging apply across every GTM.AI surface, according to the company.
- Other GTM.AI integrations named are Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot, Gong, LeanData, Glean, ChatGPT and Google.
Context
The Claude connector runs on GTM.AI, the API and MCP layer ZoomInfo made generally available on June 2, 2026, and the article says Claude joins dozens of completed GTM.AI integrations. The release followed ZoomInfo's May 2026 restructuring, which cut about 600 roles and closed its Israel site. In August the company reported Q2 revenue of $310.4 million and a $650.5 million goodwill impairment. In October it acquired agent orchestration startup DoubleO.ai, launched Agent Teams in GTM Studio and was named flagship data partner for Salesforce's Hunter outbound agent.
