ZoomInfo announced Talent Autopilot on September 21, 2026, a recruiting product that combines its professional and company data with autonomous candidate discovery and engagement. According to the release, recruiters provide the context of a role, and Talent Autopilot reasons across skills, experience, career paths and company intelligence to find candidates whose qualifications may not show up through titles, keywords or filters. The product supports the workflow from discovery through initial engagement. Recruiters can review discovered candidates, refine results with natural language feedback, manage candidates and personalize outreach through connected Gmail or Outlook accounts, alongside existing applicant tracking systems.

The details

  • Recruiters provide role requirements and hiring context instead of relying mainly on titles and keywords.
  • Results can be refined using natural language feedback.
  • Outreach runs through connected Gmail or Outlook accounts.
  • The product works alongside existing applicant tracking systems, and recruiters remain in control of selection and outreach.
  • Jon Bischke, general manager of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions, and Chad Herring, ZoomInfo's chief human resources officer, are quoted.

Context

This is the only ZoomInfo Talent Solutions launch in our recent coverage of the company, which otherwise centers on GTM data and agent products such as the Copilot Studio MCP connector (August 11), Agent Teams in GTM Studio (October 1) and the Workbounce and Exa integrations in October. The launch followed ZoomInfo's Q2 results on August 5, which included a $650.5 million goodwill impairment.
