ZoomInfo acquires agent orchestration startup DoubleO.ai

ZoomInfo acquired DoubleO.ai, which builds multi-agent orchestration for GTM workflows such as tracking job-changing champions and finding look-alike prospects; terms were not disclosed.

destinationCRM reported on October 1, 2026 that ZoomInfo acquired DoubleO.ai, which provides an agentic orchestration platform for building multi-agent automation. Financial terms were not disclosed. DoubleO.ai's technology runs go-to-market workflows such as tracking champions who change jobs, finding look-alikes of closed-won customers and automating outreach to the next-best customer. ZoomInfo contributes data it describes as more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts and its GTM Context Graph.

The details

  • DoubleO.ai was co-founded by CEO Derek Osgood and CTO Karthik Suresh.
  • The article quotes ZoomInfo founder and CEO Henry Schuck alongside both DoubleO.ai founders.
  • Osgood is quoted saying unreliable agents may yield about a 20 percent improvement while reliable workflow automation can yield roughly ten times gains.
  • The article does not give a product roadmap or integration timeline.

Context

ZoomInfo's own release dated the acquisition September 30 and launched Agent Teams in GTM Studio on October 1, built on DoubleO.ai's architecture. In our coverage, ZoomInfo cut about 600 roles in May 2026, made its GTM.AI API and MCP layer generally available in June, and reported a $650.5M goodwill impairment in August. On October 15 it was named a flagship data partner for Salesforce's Hunter. Schuck said of most companies' agents, "Almost none have seen it actually run a real GTM motion end-to-end."
