WRITER unveils Enterprise Brain context layer for its agents
WRITER announced Enterprise Brain, a governed context layer for agents, alongside WRITER Meet and WRITER for Slack and Microsoft Teams.
WRITER unveiled Enterprise Brain on September 9, 2026, a governed context layer that captures a company's brand, institutional knowledge, decision logic and live business data for use by its agents and workflows. It maps relationships among accounts, opportunities, audiences, products, campaigns, content and customer conversations. Enterprise Brain is in early access for a select group of customers. WRITER also made WRITER Meet, WRITER for Slack and team-level Agent Memory generally available.
The details
- Enterprise Brain connects to systems including Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe Experience Manager, Gong and Contentful.
- Agent Memory records decisions, ideas and preferences from team sessions and conversations.
- WRITER Meet brings WRITER Agent into Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet to transcribe calls and capture decisions and action items.
- WRITER for Microsoft Teams is expected to reach general availability in the coming weeks.
- Customers named include Clorox, Labcorp, Qualcomm and Vanguard.
Context
WRITER says Enterprise Brain builds on its existing Voice feature, which governs brand tone and style, and the release extends that layer to visual identity, logos, sub-brands and region-specific compliance rules. Our coverage records WRITER releasing its Palmyra X6 model and agent harness upgrades in August. WRITER was founded in 2020, and its investors include Salesforce Ventures and Adobe Ventures. Its VP of Product said most AI products "are still fundamentally single-player."
