WRITER names Mina Alaghband as its first chief customer officer
WRITER appointed former McKinsey partner Mina Alaghband as its first Chief Customer Officer to lead global customer operations.

WRITER announced on January 14, 2026 that Mina Alaghband has been appointed its first Chief Customer Officer. Alaghband was previously a partner at McKinsey and Company in its Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice across the US and Europe, where she worked on digital and AI transformations for Fortune 100 technology companies. At WRITER she will work with executives at enterprise customers on AI adoption and outcomes and oversee the professional services, forward-deployed engineering, AI adoption and transformation director teams. CEO and co-founder May Habib said AI transformation depends on customer success. WRITER says its customer organization supports nearly one-third of the Fortune 500.
