On December 2, 2025, at AWS re:Invent, AWS announced that WRITER is giving its customers direct access to Amazon Bedrock inside WRITER's enterprise agent platform. The companies say models hosted in Amazon Bedrock, including custom models trained by an enterprise, can now be used in WRITER's prebuilt or custom agents alongside WRITER's Palmyra models without additional setup. Amazon Bedrock Guardrails connect with WRITER's observability tools in AI Studio. WRITER also introduced an agent supervision and orchestration suite, which it describes as a control center for enterprise AI, covering agent approval before deployment and supervision in production.

The details

  • Bedrock-hosted models, including enterprise custom models, run inside WRITER prebuilt and custom agents.
  • Agents can be built with any Bedrock model using WRITER's no-code and pro-code tools under one governance and observability framework.
  • The supervision suite includes visibility into user and agent behavior, centralized agent approval and global guardrails.
  • The suite is designed to work with third-party observability, guardrails and security platforms.
  • Controls are available in WRITER's AI Studio, where agents are built, deployed and managed.
  • Vanguard CIO Nitin Tandon is quoted; WRITER also names Qualcomm and AstraZeneca as customers.
