Unify introduces Lists for managing groups of accounts and people

Unify's February 20, 2026 changelog introduces Lists, which let sellers build groups of accounts and people from scratch, CSV uploads, filters or Plays, then enroll them in sequences and audit their activity.

On February 20, 2026, Unify released Lists as a new feature. Lists group accounts and people so sellers can act on them together. Users can build a list manually, by uploading a CSV, by applying filters, or through a Play. Once built, a list can be used to enroll prospects into sequences and to organize and audit activity on its records. Unify framed Lists as a seller-facing tool for managing prospects in one place.

The details

  • Lists can be built from scratch, CSV upload, filters or Plays.
  • Records can be managed from anywhere in Unify and added to lists.
  • Prospects on a list can be enrolled into sequences.
  • Lists support organizing and auditing activity on included records.

Context

Lists arrived ahead of a run of seller-focused changes in March 2026, including one-off tasks, table multi-select, sequence rulesets and record notes. Unify's revamped filter builder in April 2026 says it helps build cleaner Lists. In June 2026, Unify relaunched as a chat agent that builds lists from 40+ data sources through prompts.

Not disclosed

  • Maximum list size.
  • Whether lists sync to Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Whether lists can be shared or permissioned across teams.
