Unify releases an API to bring warehouse and third-party data into outbound

Unify's May 21, 2026 changelog introduces the Unify API, which connects data warehouses, third-party tools and internal systems to Unify so that data can power targeting, Plays and exclusions without CSV uploads.

On May 21, 2026, Unify announced the Unify API as a new feature. The API lets customers send data from warehouses, third-party tools and internal systems into Unify. According to the changelog, that data can then drive targeting, Plays, exclusions and other parts of the product. Unify says this removes the need for CSV uploads and manual workarounds. The changelog entry includes no technical documentation details, and it does not say whether the API is included in existing plans or requires a separate agreement.

The details

  • Supported sources named are data warehouses, third-party tools and internal systems.
  • Imported data can power targeting, Plays and exclusions.
  • Unify says the data is usable across every surface in the product.
  • The API is positioned as a replacement for CSV uploads.

Context

Unify added a native PostHog integration on April 2, 2026 for product signals and said product signals also flow through Segment and its JS and React intent client. The API extends that inbound data path. Unify added outbound webhook actions in Plays on May 26, 2026 and relaunched as a chat agent on June 24, 2026.

Not disclosed

  • Endpoints, authentication method and rate limits.
  • Whether API access carries additional cost or plan requirements.
  • Which warehouses are supported natively.
