On May 26, 2026, Unify added a Webhook action to its Plays workflow builder. When a Play fires on a signal, it can send prospect and company data to an external endpoint. Unify lists n8n, Zapier, dialers, LinkedIn tools and marketing automation tools as examples. The company says this lets teams move intent data without exporting CSVs or routing it through the CRM. No technical specification is included in the entry.
The details
- Webhook actions are available inside signal-triggered Plays.
- Prospect and company data can be sent to external tools.
- Named examples include n8n, Zapier, dialers, LinkedIn tools and marketing automation.
- Unify says CSV exports and CRM workarounds are no longer needed for this data.
Context
Unify released its API on May 21, 2026 for bringing outside data in, and webhooks provide the outbound path. Unify added an Assign Owner node to Plays in July 2025 and HubSpot owner sync on March 2, 2026. On June 24, 2026, it relaunched as a chat agent for outbound sellers, and on October 15, 2026 it brought that agent to Claude and ChatGPT.
