Unify added a native PostHog integration in a changelog entry dated April 2, 2026. The integration lets teams run product-led outbound in real time, triggering actions when a key product moment occurs. Examples given are a user hitting a usage limit, a teammate invite and the start of a plan upgrade flow. Users can build Plays and Audiences around these behaviors so that active accounts are picked up for outreach.
The details
- PostHog events can trigger Unify Plays and define Audiences.
- Unify already supported product signals through Segment.
- The Unify Intent Client also supplies product signals, for JavaScript and React only.
Context
The PostHog entry sits among a steady series of Unify changelog releases in spring 2026. In March Unify added HubSpot owner assignment, one-off tasks, sequence rulesets and record notes. After PostHog it shipped out-of-office reply handling on April 17, a revamped filter builder on April 23, phone number management on May 5, the Unify API on May 21 and webhook actions in Plays on May 26. On June 24 Unify relaunched as a chat agent for outbound sellers with $20 monthly plans, and in October it brought its outbound agent to Claude and ChatGPT through plugins.
