Qualified Winter '26 release brings Piper for Gong GA and Qualified Mailbox

Qualified published its Winter '26 release notes on March 5, 2026. The company says PiperX, the latest version of its Piper AI SDR agent, is generally available with video, voice and text conversations and a refreshed website messenger. Piper for Gong, which greets buyers arriving on a website from a Gong Engage email with a personalized message, is also generally available. Piper can now end website conversations that fall into categories such as harassment or illegal activity. Piper Email can reply to buyer emails, bring in a sales rep or disregard a thread. A new Qualified Mailbox lets Piper send high volumes of email from a branded sender on a shared IP address.

The details

• PiperX is available to customers on an Agentic Marketing Platform plan, and Piper for Gong is included in all of those plans.
• Chat moderation categories are sexual content, harassment, hate speech, violence, self-harm and illegal activities.
• Multiple email responses and qualification in Piper Email were scheduled for April 2026.
• Buyers can be removed from email campaigns automatically when their Salesforce Campaign Member status changes.
• Reps can report meeting no-shows so those meetings are excluded from routing calculations.
• SSO is available to all customers at no added cost, and the Bot Conversations reporting API is on Enterprise and Ultimate plans.

The release notes followed the PiperX general availability announcement on March 3, 2026. Qualified's later seasonal releases in our coverage are Spring '26 with multilanguage Piper (June 16, 2026) and Summer '26 for website conversations and agentic email (August 20, 2026), followed by silence-based triggers for Piper Email (September 24, 2026).
