Qualified adds silence-based and field-change triggers to Piper Email
Qualified released three Piper Email updates: a Lead Gone Cold trigger, lead field change triggers and round-robin senders and handoffs.
Qualified announced three updates to Piper Email, the email channel of its AI SDR agent, in a community post dated September 24, 2026. A Lead Gone Cold trigger enrolls leads with no recorded activity over a chosen window into a re-engagement campaign. A lead field change trigger starts campaigns when a Qualified lead field changes. Round-robin settings spread sending and handoffs across users or groups. Qualified says the three releases landed in Piper Email that week.
The details
- Lead Gone Cold windows are 3, 7, 14, 30 or 60 days.
- Site visits, conversations, form submissions, offer clicks, booked meetings or email engagement reset the clock.
- Only leads that newly cross the threshold are enrolled, so leads already cold are not swept up.
- The field change trigger works with values stamped from conversations, the API or website activity, without a round trip through Salesforce.
- With round-robin, the sender is locked at enrollment so each thread keeps one name.
Context
Qualified notes that until this release every email trigger fired on something a lead did, while Lead Gone Cold fires on inactivity. In our coverage, Qualified shipped its Summer '26 release for website conversations and agentic email on August 20, 2026, connected Piper to Salesforce Data 360 on August 25 and added first-call pitch delivery from a slide library on September 9. On October 22 it added custom voices for Piper. The post links how-to guides for each new setting.
