Qualified connects Piper to Salesforce Data 360

Qualified announced on August 25, 2026 a Data 360 integration for Piper, its AI SDR agent. Data 360 is Salesforce's data layer that unifies customer data into a single profile for Agentforce agents. With the integration, Piper can draw on past purchases, service history and marketing interactions in addition to the leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities it already used. Piper can also write buying intent, qualification outcomes and conversation summaries back to Data 360 for other agents.

• The integration is available on Enterprise and Ultimate plans.
• Qualified describes it as available now and directs customers to confirm availability for their org with their Success Architect.

• Qualified says the added data supports personalization, routing and qualification from the start of a conversation.

Context

Salesforce completed its acquisition of Qualified in April 2026. The Data 360 integration was also listed in Qualified's Summer '26 release on August 20. In September Qualified made Piper Presentations generally available and added silence-based and field-change triggers to Piper Email, and in October it let customers train custom voices for Piper, according to our coverage.
