Qualified's Piper can now deliver a first-call pitch from a slide library

Qualified made Piper Presentations generally available, letting its AI SDR agent present a tailored first-call deck in voice and video conversations.

Qualified made Piper Presentations generally available on September 9, 2026. Piper, the company's AI SDR agent, can now deliver a first-call sales pitch live on a company's website. Piper builds a buyer profile from intent, browsing behavior and account history, then selects slides from the company's library and assembles a deck for each visitor. The feature runs in voice and video conversations only, in English, on Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate plans.

The details

  • Slide remixing can compress a 12-slide overview to four slides for a visitor with limited time and reorder slides during the conversation.
  • Piper can switch to a customer stories deck on request and surface a story that matches the buyer's problem.
  • Piper interprets slides as the visitor sees them, so it can answer questions about on-screen elements.
  • After the conversation Piper can email a PDF of the presentation.
  • Informatica says it has cut time from first touch to opportunity created by 41% since putting Piper on its website.

Context

Piper Presentations follows Qualified's Summer '26 release in August, which added custom avatars and an agent modality toggle for voice, video and text, and the August 25 connection of Piper to Salesforce Data 360. Salesforce completed its acquisition of Qualified in April 2026. Later in our coverage, Qualified added silence-based and field-change triggers to Piper Email on September 24 and let customers train custom voices for Piper on October 22.
