Qualified Spring '26 release adds multilanguage Piper and Mission Control home

Qualified's Spring '26 release adds multilanguage conversations and email, natural-language Email Guides, Marketo triggers and a Mission Control homepage. Campaigns no longer require a Salesforce record.

Qualified announced its Spring '26 release in a community post dated June 16, 2026, centered on Piper, its AI SDR agent. On the website, the full messenger experience now switches to a buyer's preferred language, content search returns only links relevant to the visitor's locale and new guardrails distinguish harmless off-topic chatter from inappropriate conversations. In Piper Email, Email Guides let teams describe campaign strategy in natural language, Marketo lists and programs can trigger enrollment and campaigns no longer require a Salesforce record. Platform additions include Mission Control, a new homepage showing the leads Piper is working, and Agent Guides in Agent Studio for governing Piper's behavior.

The details

  • Piper Email can write emails and replies in multiple languages, based on a lead's preferred language or a campaign default.
  • Behavioral Custom Activities let Piper adjust follow-up or trigger campaigns when specific website behaviors are detected.
  • Sender fallbacks route emails to a specific person or the AI agent when the original sender is unavailable.
  • Three Marketo triggers were added: Added to Marketo Static List, Added to Marketo Smart List and Added to Marketo Program.
  • Strict Salesforce account matching adds criteria such as country or excluded record types beyond domain matching.
  • An optional in-messenger consent modal requires visitors to give consent within the website messenger.

Context

Spring '26 follows Qualified's Winter '26 release in March 2026, which brought Piper for Gong to general availability and added Qualified Mailbox, and the general availability of PiperX with video, voice and text conversations on March 3. Its Summer '26 release followed on August 20, with later additions including custom video avatars and a Salesforce Data 360 connection.
