Qualified ships Summer '26 release for website conversations and agentic email
Qualified's Summer '26 release added custom avatars, a full-screen meeting booker, domain warm-up for agentic email and a Data 360 integration.
Qualified published its Summer '26 release on August 20, 2026, with updates across website conversations, agentic email and its platform. Website conversation features include custom avatars, a full-screen meeting booker, an agent modality toggle, a customizable agent launcher and customizable pounce messages. Email updates cover email quality, unsubscribe handling, domain warm-up and an always-run option for email experiences. Platform additions include the Salesforce Data 360 integration and redesigned Agent Studio guides.
The details
- Custom avatars turn an uploaded static image into an animated agent that speaks and shows expression, with custom voices planned for the fall.
- The agent modality toggle lets admins choose video, voice or text, with per-experience overrides.
- Domain warm-up ramps daily send limits over seven weekly stages, from 100 emails per day to unlimited.
- Replies asking to be removed are now detected as opt-outs.
- A Lightning Component shows Lead Spotlight on Salesforce contact and lead records, and the Data 360 integration is available on Enterprise and Ultimate plans.
Context
Salesforce completed its acquisition of Qualified in April 2026. Five days after this release, Qualified published a separate post on the Data 360 integration. In September Qualified made Piper Presentations generally available and added new Piper Email triggers, and in October it delivered the custom voices this release previewed, according to our coverage.
