Qualified republishes its Slack app and adds Piper for Slack for Sales
Qualified rebuilt its Slack app with Chat, History and About tabs and introduced Piper for Slack for Sales in early access. Reps can ask the agent for briefings on visitors and leads.
Qualified announced a new version of its Slack app in a community post, with an update dated January 20, 2026 confirming the app had been published. The app moves from two tabs to three: Chat, which shows the most recent alert or meeting brief, History, a log of previous alerts, and About, with version details. The update also lays the foundation for Piper for Slack for Sales, which lets reps chat with their AI SDR agent to get briefings on website visitors and leads. Piper for Slack for Sales is in early access for customers on an Agentic Marketing Platform plan. Qualified says existing Slack alerts continue to send without interruption.
