Qualified lets customers create custom video avatars for Piper

Qualified added custom avatars for Piper, built from a single uploaded photo in Agent Studio. The feature is available to Agentic Marketing Plan customers using PiperX video mode.

Qualified announced custom avatars for Piper, its AI SDR agent, in a post on its community site. According to the post, customers upload a single static photo in Agent Studio, and the platform turns it into an animated video persona that moves, speaks and expresses emotion during conversations. Qualified says customers running multimodal video conversations have seen a 35% increase in website conversations and a 24% increase in meetings booked. The feature is available for customers on an Agentic Marketing Plan who use PiperX video mode, and Qualified asks customers to confirm availability for their organization with their Success Architect. The post says custom voices would roll out in the fall.
