Qualified Autumn '25 release previews PiperX and adds Live Booker for meetings
Qualified's Autumn '25 release previewed PiperX in trusted tester and added AI goal analytics, email signature import, Live Booker meeting scheduling and native Google Meet links.

The release introduced PiperX, which the company describes as an AI SDR superagent that is multi-modal, multi-stage, multi-language and multi-agent, building on the tenth major version of Piper unveiled in August. PiperX is in a Trusted Tester program with general availability planned for early 2026. The release also updated website conversations, Piper Email and Piper Meetings. The meetings additions include Live Booker, which lets sales reps book meetings on behalf of buyers and colleagues inside Qualified or through an iframe in Salesforce, and a native Google Meet integration.

- Qualified says Piper speaks more than 20 languages in website conversations and email.
- Website conversations now convert typed answers into picklist values and categorize conversations as Sales, Support or Spam, with six new AI goal analytics filters.
- Piper Email adds sales rep signatures, email address validation before sending, qualification goals for email click-throughs and campaign archiving.
- Piper Meetings adds Live Booker, unique Google Meet links per booking, multiple routing fallbacks, Salesforce-side reassign, reschedule and cancel, optional email confirmation and 10-minute reminders.
- An org-wide Non-working Days setting stops Piper from booking meetings or sending emails on those days.
- The AI Studio Content Library received a new interface with bulk actions and filtering.
