Qualified posted Salesforce's definitive agreement to acquire it, with plans to fold its Piper agent into Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Marketing. An editor's note says the deal closed on April 1, 2026.

What we are seeing
Qualified's newsroom carries the announcement that Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire the company, dated December 2025. Qualified sells an AI agent that runs conversations on company websites to qualify and nurture leads. Salesforce said it planned to bring those capabilities into Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Marketing for autonomous pipeline generation. The deal was expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce's fiscal 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. Qualified was already an AppExchange partner and a Salesforce Ventures portfolio company. An editor's note on the page says the acquisition closed on April 1, 2026.
