Oracle Eloqua 26C enforces generative AI permissions and previews Redwood Campaign Canvas

Oracle's Eloqua 26C release notes, first published July 8, 2026, enforce a security group permission for generative AI features, make contact created and modified tracking generally available and open an early preview of a Redwood Campaign Canvas.

Oracle published the Eloqua 26C What's New document on July 8, 2026. In addition to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 app and enhanced auto-click detection, both in controlled availability, the release covers governance, auditing, campaign design, Salesforce integration and developer changes. Administrators now control access to generative AI features through an enforced action permission under the Advanced Intelligence category. Contact audit data becomes available to all customers. The early preview of the Redwood Campaign Canvas supports standard campaign steps and the full campaign lifecycle on existing campaign assets.

The details

  • The generative AI action permission was introduced in 26B and is enforced starting with 26C.
  • Created/Modified for Contacts, in controlled availability since 25D, is generally available and shown in a panel in the Redwood contact UI.
  • The Campaign Canvas early preview supports Audience, Asset, Decision and Action steps, scheduling, activation, external activity upload and operational reports.
  • The Salesforce Create Lead action can optionally bypass Salesforce Duplicate Rules; this uses the Salesforce REST API and increases processing time.
  • Dynamic Content analytics add delivered, open and bounceback totals.
  • Create and Send email deployment API requests rise from 60 to 200 per minute.

Context

Eloqua 26C also brought a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales app and enhanced email auto-click detection, both in controlled availability. The enforced AI permission follows the generative AI admin controls and conversational subject line generation added in 26B in April 2026. Redwood navigation arrived in 26B and a Redwood Program Template Manager in 26A.

Not disclosed

  • When the Redwood Campaign Canvas will become generally available
  • Whether the early preview requires a service request to access
  • Production rollout dates for 26C by pod
